I have been training karate for 25 years and teaching for 20.  I am a 4^th Dan black belt and have trained with masters from all round the world, including in Okinawa, and have taught classes in Europe and India .  I am the highest graded female karateka in the worldwide Kazoku kai International association, and attained the highest score of everyone at my last grading, a great achievement as I was the only female in 10 people grading. The karate style we concentrate on it one of the oldest styles that has been passed down through generations, and is traditional kata and self-defence techniques.  The standard at the Newport club has been assessed as one of the highest of all the children’s classes in the association by the Chief Instructor

 I'm Ilona, originally from Poland and have been playing handball for about 30 years now (yes, I'm that old and I've still got it!). I currently run the Shropshire Handball County Teams with 13 teams that spread over U12, U14, U16, U19 and Women teams. Our U16 Boys are the England Champions 2018 and The U16 Girls are the Silver Medalists of the England National League 2019. I work in several schools around Shropshire where I deliver handball to both male and female students. The uptake has been great and all these students love handball the way I do. I'm quirky and have a lot of passion for my sport.

I lead the Tibberton Satellite Netball on a Friday after school. I am a Level 3 coach netball coach with 12 years experience . Qualified umpire for 4 years. At the moment I work with a variety of age groups from primary school level to academy super league under 19s. I have worked for the super league franchise Wasps for the last 3 years. My other coaching opportunities are with the RAF which took us to Australia on tour last year; joining the RAF would enable you to have a career & still enjoy your netball. Another part of my netball journey is Stafford Academy. In this setting I coach the under 15s -  we came second last season losing  by 1 goal  in the pinnacle  tournament hosted by 7 stars. I have a huge passion for netball it would be a great pleasure to work with your daughter :)
